What is system software?

-Programs that control or maintain operation of computer

-Two types are operating systems and utility programs

What is booting?

-Process of starting or restarting a computer

What is a user interface?

-Controls how you enter data and instructions and how information displays on screen

-With a command-line interface, a user types commands or presses special keys on the keyboard to enter data and instructions

What is a graphical user interface (GUI)?

-User interacts with menus and visual images such as buttons and other graphical objects to issue commands

What is single user/ multitasking?

-Working on two or more programs that reside in memory at same time

--Foreground contains program you are using

--Background contains programs that are running but are not in use

What are other program management features of operating systems?

-multiprocessing

--Can support two or more processors running programs at same time

--Enables two or more users to run programs simultaneously

-Optimizing use of random access memory (RAM)

-A job is operation the processor manages

-Receiving data from input device

-Sending information to output device

-Transferring items between storage and memory

-Sending print jobs to buffer instead of directly to printer

-Program that tells operating system how to communicate with device

1-Jangan tertarik kpd seseorg hanya kerana paras rupa,kekayaan dan kedudukan kerana ia bukanlah penjamin kebahgiaan. Tetapi tertariklah kepada si dia kerana senyumannya yg mampu membuatkan hidup kamu seceria warna sang pelangi.

2-Ada saat2 dalam hidup ketika kamu sangat merindukan seseorg sehingga ingin hati menjemputnya dari alam mimpi dan bersamanya dalam alam nyata.

3-Bermimpilah ttg apa yg ingin kamu impikan,pergilah ke tempat2 kamu ingin pergi.Jadilah seperti yg kamu inginkan, kerana kamu hanya memiliki satu kehidupan dan satu kesempatan utk melakukan hal2 yg kamu lakukan.

4-Ketika satu pintu kebahagiaan tertutup,pintu yg lain dibukakan.Tetapi acap kali kita terpaku terlalu lama pd pintu yg tertutup sehingga tidak melihat pintu lain yg di bukankan bg kita.

5-Kata2 yg terucap di bibir sebenarnya tidak dapat mencerminkan apakah yg berlaku dari sudut hati. Tiada kata2 yg dapat meluahkan rasa cinta melainkan perasaan saying dan cinta itu sendiri yg wujud dan di pamerkan secara semula jadi.

6-Awal dari cinta adalah membiarkan orang yg kita cintai menjadi dirinya sendiri,dan tidak merubahnya menjadi gambaran yg kita inginkan. Jika tidak,kita hanya mencintai pantulan diri sendiri yg kita temukan dalam dia.

Waktu ini, aku dapat merasakan tentang kehidupan aku yang sudah menjangkau seumur 20 tahun. Biarpun masa berlalu dengan cepat, tetapi aku masih mencari arah dan tujuan ku, sehingga aku berjaya pada suatu hari nanti.
